THE EXPERIENCE: Elysian Brewing’s Dust Up Tour
THE BIG PICTURE
Revelry was hired to work with DoStuff Media out of Austin, TX and their client Elysian Brewing Company from Seattle to put on the first stop of Elysian’s Dust Up tour, which was a national concert series celebrating the launch of the brewery’s latest beer, Dust Up IPA.
The concert was slated to be in Missoula, Montana, so it was our responsibility to find a venue that would perfectly fit the bill of what they were looking for: a hot spot in the Missoula nightlife scene that would bring fans together to listen to two bands, one local (Wrinkles) and one brought in from the PNW (Tango Alpha Tango).
Revelry used our past culture experience to call on a band we had hired for a part of the Red Bull Sound Select concert series. This was a great example of Revelry leveraging existing network connections with current partners.
Leading up to the show, Twin Home Prints created limited edition custom posters for the event; screen printed by hand and embellished with ‘space dust’ on site for fans.

Revelry managed the event from top to bottom, ensuring both our partner and their client were happy with the event.
Researching and booking desired venue
Working directly with production manager on sound, lighting and ticketing
Researching and suggesting talent
Setting up communication, contracts and payments
Creating in depth promotional plan leading up to the show
Defining and sourcing experiential partners to create a unique fan experience
Executing all ‘day of’ responsibilities from start to finish.
As a prime example of experiential marketing, the team from Elysian made sure they flew out from Seattle to socialize with fans directly, buying them a beer and making sure they were psyched on the show and the tasty brews featured on tap!
The first stop of the tour set a high precedent for following metros. DoStuff Media was beyond happy with Revelry’s partnership on the event.
